Behind the Scenes: Aquatic Factory and East Coast Warehouse

In September we made various customer site visits.  No visit to the USA would be complete without a behind-the-scenes look at the manufacturing and distribution that make it all possible. Adam and Jacqui made a stop in South Boston, Virginia, to tour our factory, where our FP3 Birth Pools are meticulously crafted with precision and care.  They met with the highly skilled team there.  The opportunity to see the production process up close allowed them to appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into each pool, ensuring that each one meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Following their factory tour, they continued on to our East Coast warehouse in Charlotte NC, which serves as a hub for distribution.  This warehouse plays a vital role in ensuring our FP3 birth pools reach facilities across the country in a timely manner, supporting our mission to make water birth options widely available.  Working closely with hospital procurement and logistics to deliver on time for projects.  The team also pride themselves on liaising with Birth Center owners to make deliveries to unique birth center locations without loading docs and special requirements.
